ORDER FULFILLMENT
For orders placed on my site for delivery to a New Zealand address:
Delivery can generally be expected within 5 working days once your order has been received. It may take a little longer for rural deliveries. In the rare event that your parcel has not been delivered after10 working days, please contact me. NZ post requires that any missing parcels sent to an a NZ address must be notified within 21 days from postage for compensation claims. Unfortunately after this time frame, compensation is not possible.
For orders placed on my site for delivery to an international address:
Delivery can generally be expected within 2 to 3 weeks once your order has been received, but sometimes it can take a little longer - especially deliveries into the USA and Canada. In the rare event that your parcel has not been delivered after 6 weeks, please contact me. NZ post requires that any missing parcels sent to an international address must be notified within 90 days from postage for compensation claims. Unfortunately after this time frame, compensation is not possible.

PAYMENT & RETURNS
I use a secure 3rd party payment gateway (Stripe) so payment can be made by any means they accept. I don’t receive any sensitive information such as your credit card details - just what you have ordered and address/contact details for delivery.
As far as returns go, please make sure you really want what you decide to purchase before hitting that final payment button. All products purchased via this website are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case where the product is faulty, is delivered damaged, or your order is incorrectly fulfilled.
